We welcome traveling workers, medical professionals, contractors, students, relocations, and anyone needing a clean, comfortable long-term stay. We maintain a quiet, respectful environment for all guests.
3. What is the minimum stay?
All rooms require a 30-day minimum stay. Longer stays are welcome.
4. Are the rooms furnished?
Yes. Every room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, linens, nightstands, lighting, and essential décor. Some rooms also include desks, storage, or additional seating.
5. How do I apply?
Simply click “Apply Now” on our website. You will be directed to our secure application through Innago to complete screening and upload documents.
6. Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required and will be outlined during the application process.
7. What is your guest screening process?
All applicants undergo a background check, identity verification, and income review through Innago to ensure a safe environment for all residents.
8. Are pets allowed?
At this time, pets are not allowed in order to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
9. Is smoking allowed?
No. Essentials Stays is a smoke-free property, including inside rooms and shared areas.
10. What shared spaces can I use?
Guests have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and outdoor spaces (if applicable). Shared spaces are expected to be kept clean and tidy.
11. Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests at no additional cost.
12. How do maintenance requests work?
If something needs attention, simply send us a message through the contact page or your tenant portal. We work quickly to address all issues.
13. How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid securely through Innago’s online payment system, which accepts bank transfers and other convenient options.
14. Are overnight guests allowed?
For safety and consideration of other residents, overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
15. What happens if I need to extend my stay?
Extensions are welcome! Just let us know ahead of time so we can confirm availability and update your lease period.
